The ultimate goal of the HelpMI - Helping migrants to integrate into work environments program is to help the integration of migrants into the local labor market (with suggested training packages), to improve their understanding of the European culture, while at the same time developing multi-cultural skills of executives & human resources professionals (through development of a code of conduct & capacity building course).
The first action of the program is conducting interviews of 10 different HR professionals who deal with and/or employ immigrants in each partner's country. The purpose of the interviews is to gather all relevant information for developing a Code of Conduct. In addition, the purpose of the interviews is to identify and collect best practices and policies from each partner's country, taking into account their needs, the obstacles they face, and their general outlook on the issue.
