On August 26 & 27 the Kokkalis Foundation participated at the Final Transnational Meeting of the HelpMi Project, at the offices of Consorzio CO&SO in Florence, Italy. The HelpMi project - Helping migrants to integrate in work environments - had a very successful life cycle and has set the tone for establishing a network of diverse stakeholders who can continue to offer support and sustainable solutions. During the project´s duration (2019-2021), the HelpMi consortium extended and developed the competences of HR professionals in inter-cultural education and diversity management and of employees with a migrant background who needed the tools and skills for supporting their integration in the work placement and society overall. During the Final Partners’ meeting the Consortium: reflected on the project's milestones, agreed on some final pending activities, discussed about the project's status, provided feedback and comments, analysed the efficiency of the exploitation and dissemination plans, agreed on a sustainability plan and discussed future plans.
