For the 8th consecutive year AIT’s executive program "The Art and Science of Negotiation," held from May 31 to June 4 2011 at AIT, brought together 90 top executives representing 50 companies from the private, research, and public sectors from countries such as Albania, Greece, Jordan, Palestine, and Romania.
This year’s program included the advanced Module 2 “Changing the Game: Becoming a 3-D Negotiator.” Module 1 gave to participants a toolkit of strategic and analytic skills to accurately diagnose problems, build winning coalitions, and craft robust agreements, while Module 2 focused on complex, multi-party negotiations involving coalitions and consensus-building in the face of resistance.
Harvard Kennedy School's Senior Lecturer in Public Policy and Negotiation Project Director Professor Brian Mandell led the program.
