Creativity, Resilience, Empowerment for Work

The Kokkalis Foundation participates as a partner at the "CREW- Creativity, Resilience, Empowerment for Work" European program, which is co-financed by the European Union, under the Erasmus + - KA2 program: Cooperation for innovation and the exchange of Good Practices - Strategic Partnerships for Adult Education.

 

The aim of the project is to educate the unemployed, young people and students who want to enhance and improve their skills (Digital Literacy, Career Management Skills, Communication and Self-improvement skills), as well as the development of a self-assessment tool (Self-Test of required skills in the workplace) in order to be integrated into the labor market.

 

The Kokkalis Foundation as a project partner will participate in transnational meetings, will provide feedback on the development of educational tools (writing part of the educational tool), will provide data on the level of skills of young people in Greece, will organize an information event about the project, a small-scale pilot workshop, project publicity actions, etc.

 

The program started on September 1, 2020 and will have a total duration of 24 months. The consortium consists of 6 organizations, from 6 different countries (Lithuania, Italy, Austria, Spain, Cyprus, Greece). The project coordinator is Vsl Versli mama (Lithuania), with partners Tatics Group SRL (Italy), the Austrian Association of Inclusive Society, AIS (Austria), M&M Profuture Training, S.L. (Spain), Enoros Consulting Ltd (Cyprus), and the Kokkalis Foundation (Greece).

 

As part of the project, the partners have already held a virtual meeting in October, via Skype, where they discussed the operation of the project, its implementation, activities and Intellectual Outputs -IOs.
