HelpMi is an Erasmus + Key Action 2 Project, aiming to train HR professionals to help migrants or employees with a migrant background to integrate more effectively in the labour market and their work environments.
The IO1 of the HelpMi Project is the creation of a ‘‘Code of Conduct’’ which will contain the basic rules on how to integrate the migrants or employees with a migrant background in the workplaces across the partner countries.
In this context, the partners of the Project from Finland, Cyprus, Poland, Greece and Italy organized in each country 10 interviews with HR professionals to explore and examine the current situation in companies and labor market in general with the integration and inclusion of migrants in their workplaces, how the staff and locals behave to them and what they face in each working environment.
The project aims also to teach and train HRs and staff of many workplaces on how to treat and/or face migrants or employees with a migrant background. The project aims at a collective effort to effectively integrate migrants and help them acquire the rights they deserve in each country and workplace.
The project is implemented by ASDA Ry, in partnership with Enoros Consulting Ltd, Foundation For Somalia, Co&So and Kokkalis Foundation - Ίδρυμα Κόκκαλη.
