The Kokkalis Foundation has donated seventy palmtop computers (PDA), equipped with the software program UpToDate, to the Hellenic Society of Haematology.

The Kokkalis Foundation was a proud sponsor of the 150-year celebrations of the Agia Sophia Children’s Hospital of Athens, Greece. The receipts from the celebrations will revert to the research department of the hospital toward furthering pediatric research.

The Third Surgery Clinic of Evangelismos Hospital was founded in 1926 by Emanuel Benakis, one of the greatest benefactors of the Greek nation who had been mobilized by Eleftherios Venizelos to assist in the political reorganization of Greece.

The Kokkalis Foundation has sponsored the establishment of the state of the art Petros Kokkalis Center for Neurosurgery Research at Evangelismos Hospital, equipped with high technology telemedicine systems.

The Kokkalis Foundation contributed to the donation of 1.1 million euros to the Agia Sophia Children’s Hospital for the computerization of scientific and administrative records.
